Tropicacyl Plus Eye Drop is a prescription ophthalmic solution used to dilate the pupil (mydriasis) and temporarily relax eye muscles (cycloplegia) for diagnostic eye exams, retinal photography, and before surgeries like cataract removal. It contains a combination of Tropicamide (an anticholinergic) and Phenylephrine (an adrenergic agonist).
