Zonimid 100mg capsule is an anticonvulsant medication containing Zonisamide, used to treat epilepsy by reducing abnormal electrical nerve activity in the brain. It is prescribed for partial and secondary generalized seizures in adults and sometimes children. Common side effects include dizziness, loss of appetite, and cognitive issues. 

Topaz 25mg is an anticonvulsant medication containing Topiramate, primarily used to treat epilepsy (seizures/convulsions) and manage migraine headaches by stabilizing abnormal brain electrical activity. It is suitable for adults and children over 2, with common side effects including dizziness, weight loss, and fatigue. 

Levetiracetam is used alone or together with other medicines to help control certain types of seizures (eg, partial-onset seizures, myoclonic seizures, or tonic-clonic seizures) in the treatment of epilepsy. This medicine cannot cure epilepsy and will only work to control seizures for as long as you continue to use it.
