Herpifine 400mg Tablet is an antiviral medication containing Acyclovir, primarily used to treat infections caused by herpes simplex and varicella-zoster viruses, such as genital herpes, cold sores, shingles, and chickenpox. It works by stopping the multiplication and spread of the virus, thereby reducing symptom intensity and accelerating healing, though it does not eliminate the virus from the body.
